How do you practice self-care?
I Wakeup fresh. Wash up twice daily. Morning and evening. Pray two times . Morning 15 minutes, evening 1 hour.
Only vegitarian diet. A little, by 4 times a day.
Break fast, Lunch, Tea, Dinner. Only afternoon lunch we take rice. Night we take chappathi, salad or fruits.
Morning we can take two or three dosa, idali , upma and coffee . Evening one cup tea-snacks Without sugar .
Put kumkum bindhi. Put sandal paste in forehead.
Chant Hare Krishna mahamanthra daily.
Walk to temple atleast once in a week.
Shampoo hair on Sundays, following a oiling hair in the Sunday evening.
Avoid head bath on Wednesdays and Saturdays because these days are dedicated to God Bhudha and Shani who prefer saraswathi. Saraswathy marks learning, this is mostly done when we are extremely warm.
Cook your own food, mostly, if possible. Avoid excessive eating outside. Include vegetables in the Diet.
Spend time in learning scriptures , lessons on information (any subject) daily . This improves your memory. 2pm to 4pm.
Recollect yesterdays information, before breakfast. Recollect today’s learnings after evening .7pm to 8pm.
Night after 9pm. Write down today’s happenings.
Say Namasivaya and Danwanthari manthra , Hanuman manthra before sleeping.

Learning is good. If you get time, learn something always. This learning is river saraswathy. This will make you fresh.
Crafts and Art give time. Like writing a blog, story etc. This fills next hour with energy.
Review helps to write more intellectually. Write reviews for your admired works.
Breathing relieves any pain. Take breaths early morning. Drink black coffee if it’s cold.
Mudra yoga relieves anxiety. Sit for it.
Nama reciting removes junk thoughts. Rejuvenate back thoughts. Relives procrastination.
Silence deepens understanding. Keep trueth . Dense thought , it is silence. It’s mere SECRET.
Avoid stress.
