Sandilya Upanishad: Niyama ( or to do list) must be cultivated from childhood onwards so that we  are disciplined in our approach.

Appreciating the concept of “Santosa” or being satisfied with whatever comes to us of its accord. is the most important. This is the core vedantic teaching. We must always strive to be an observer only of events happening around us and never be disturbed with results of our actions.
