Fasting gives mental, emotional, spiritual, physical happiness.
Food fasting, fasting breath, fasting speech, fasting movement.
Fasting food. It is taking protien rich food and taking food only when your digestive fire burns.
Fasting breath. It is taking breath slowly and hold it for long time.
Fasting speech. It is talking pleasingly. Don’t hurt anybody.
Fasting movement. It is to sit still. Observe breath. Listen sounds of nature. Say nama inwardly. Atleast sit still for one minute at a time.
